Server Racks and Cable is a data communications equipment supplier and installer located in mid-town Manhattan, New York City. We supply labor and materials for telecommunications jobs, large and small. We can supply references from a number of Fortune 500 companies where we have completed accurate and on-schedule installation jobs.

Our head system designer has an MSEE from University of Pennsylvania engineering school. Our lead technician is BISCI (RCDD) certified and has 15 years of experience installing all types of computer networking systems. His assistant has 12 years of experience performing network installations.

Mission

Server Racks and Cable's mission is to attend to IT Engineer's specific needs and to deliver high quality cost efficient solutions.

Shipping Policy

We ship FOB Origin prepay freight. Someone needs to be responsible to accept shipment. We need the phone number of the person responsible.

Delivery prices include inside delivery. Prices are our best estimates. If actual shipping charge is significantly larger than estimated shipping, we will increase the charge and contact you before processing. If you don’t respond, we cannot process. All prices subject to variation. You are responsible for checking for damaged merchandise before the driver leaves. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, mark all shipping documents as "damaged in transit" with a description of damage. You may then elect to file a damage claim. You must notify the shipping company within ten days after receipt. Occasionally a wrapped package will look fine on the outside, but have damange once it is unpacked, "concealed damage." Notify the shipping company immediately and request inspection.

The shipping company is not liable for transit damage unless notified within ten days from receipt. If you must file a damage claim, keep all original shipping containers and outside wrapping. The transportation inspection agent will want to see it.

Return and Cancellation Policy

All returns require a return authorization number. Server racks are returnable for a 25% re-stocking fee. Cable is not returnable. If cable is defective it can be returned for repair or replacement for up to 30 days. Returns must be shipped prepaid to the address specified by us that will be in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A copy of the packing slip must be enclosed with the return items(s). Shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.

In no event will Server Racks and Cable Inc. be liable for any costs associated with the replacement or repair of product, including labor, installation, equipment downtime or other costs incurred by buyer.
